I first met Peggy O’Connor 11 years ago when I was looking to buy a family home in Victoria, where I grew up. Lakefront, farm, townhouse; I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I lived out of town and only had one week to narrow down, view, and get an offer accepted. Peggy skillfully helped me hone in on the things that were really important to me; she did it without ever making me feel pressured or rushed.
When we did find the house for me, she skillfully nailed down the details and we had an accepted offer that night. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was that the negotiations were smooth and that Peggy had the home inspection set up quickly so that when I left the island, I had peace of mind and felt that there were no loose ends.
In the years since I bought my home, Peggy has also been a wonderful property manager – attending to every detail, in fact, I often tell friends that Peggy treats my home as if it were her own.
If I were to sell my home, there is only one person that I would trust with my most important possession – that’s Peggy O’Connor; not my realtor, but my friend.
